Open year round- $119 per night, two or more nights--double occupancy

Cancellation Policy
Because of our remote location, cancellations affect us greatly. When you book with us, you will receive confirmation by email or fax within 24 hours, or mail within 7 days. If all is in order, no need to respond. We will consider this your commitment to us, as we realize our responsibility to you to provide a wonderful experience as advertised. You may cancel 21 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $25 fee. Cancellations within the 21 day arrival date are non-refundable, and full payment for reserved days is expected. However, you may send friends or family. Rain checks may be considered for extreme family emergencies. No refund for inclement weather.
